| This was my initial visit. Dr. Collar listened to my chronic back pain, failed lumbar back surgery. She asked questions as needed. | I feel great when I leave here!! There was a slight misunderstanding about pricing though but that's no big deal. We were quoted pricing then told the following week that we owed more for something I didn't even ask for. I assumed it was just part of the adjustment until I found out it costs more. Now that I am aware of this I can choose when to do the therapy and pay extra. With both my husband and I going last week as well as three times each week it will be quite expensive so trying to keep costs down. I didn't ask for money to reimbursed because misunderstandings happen but I am pretty sure I heard them whispering that they were putting a credit on my account. No one told this to me though. Communication maybe something that can be improved on. Overall I have had great experiences other than this slight hiccup. | Leah K. |
